Can you feel it in the air? Spring is on it's way. Sooner for some perhaps than others but it WILL come! For me, daffodils speak of Spring itself. The way they burst forth with new life every year is incredible to me. Like God speaks to them and says: Now is your time to shine!
Below is a study of some varieties I photographed that I intend to make into all sorts of useful items like coasters, bookmarks, note books, jewelry, stationery and more! What I'd like you to do is tell me which photo is your favourite. Just jot down the number in the comments and you'll make me happy! Thank you!

Oh, they're beautiful. In the US, we have another flower that pops its head out just as the cold of winter is beginning to melt away...the crocus. When I see them, I know spring is on its way.
ReplyDeleteThey're really beautiful! I love the sunny yellow, so happy spring is right around the corner :0)
ReplyDeleteAll the photos are really beautiful but I would say that number 7 is the best. I love how the light behind it and the darker colours around it makes if look all mystic and magical.
ReplyDeleteIt is way to early for daffodils here but I belive that the snowdrops are up now and the crocus are on their way soon. :)
Photograph 8 is so artistic - love the angled perspective and sunlight coming through the fragile petals. Gorgeous, New!
ReplyDeleteBUT, I love number 4 too ... the perfection nature can create in those immaculately white petals is thrilling.
Lovely flowers!!! Spring is coming now.

ReplyDeleteI can't decided between 3 and5. :D Beautiful work!
ReplyDeleteOh, this is a tough one NZ! I have it narrowed to two: Numbers 2 and 5. I love the layers and color contrast in 2 and I love the detail of the macro shot in 5. (Galeaz Glass)
ReplyDeleteOh, it's hard to decide! I think I'm stuck between 1 and 3! Great photos!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to take some of my own flowers!
